This intensive masterclass equips destination professionals, DMCs, hotels, and event planners with the tools to design world-class incentive travel experiences and position Africa as a premium incentive destination. Participants will gain practical skills across eight modules covering programme design, destination packaging, cross-cultural planning, budgeting, storytelling, site inspections, RFP response, and creating award-winning programmes.

"Bidding for International Events: Enhancing Competitiveness for Global Convenings"
Duration: 1 Day (30 September) | Delivered in partnership with: International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA)
This one-day intensive workshop provides convention bureaux, venues, tourism boards, and PCOs with the strategies and intelligence needed to win international association congresses and conventions for African destinations. Participants will work with ICCA data, develop bid strategies, and learn to build effective host committees.
